I do apoligize in advance for lumping two separate births from two different families on the same page, however, space is at a premium (what with the billboard sized flash program on top).
First off, using up the last of the J names, and the cornerstone of the 2030 front row for the Harlequins (thanks for the filler material Loader), Joshua James Kloiber was born on 1-15-2010, at 10:16am (1016 hours to you military types). He weighed in at 7lbs 1oz. Mom and baby are doing well, and dad never sleeps anyway.
In addition, Pickett Wall and his wife welcomed Baylor Marie on 1-14-2010. Pickett must have worked for the CIA, because he didn't give me anything else to write, except that she will be part of our cheerleading squad (wait, we have a cheerleading squad?), presumably also in 2030.

Jeff "George" Hoffman, Harlequin 8-man and Executive VP of Judson Associates, is one of a select group of finalists for the Fittest Exec in the Greater Milwaukee Area. When not earning yellow and red cards on the pitch, George spends his time working out ... or at least that's what the Biztimes.com article says. Congrats on being named a finalist and good luck!

Four senior club members traveled to LAUs in Lemont this past weekend to compete on the President's XV with players from other Midwest unions.
Although the "motley" team struggled against their more experienced opponents, Jeff Noe, Dom Singleton, Ben Smith, and Jeff Hoffman of the Milwaukee Harlequins RFC played very well in their appearances for the team.

The Milwaukee Westside Harlequins are mourning the loss of one of their Old Boys, Mark Gabrich. Mark was a vibrant part of the early Harlequins, and is remembered (as quoted from a piece in the Harlequin yearbook by Dan Brienzo) as a teammate who would bust his butt for the team, hurl his body through the air to bring down an opponent, and dig deep to catch up to the play & let you know he was "with you" as you were about to be ridden to the turf... Mark passed away unexpectedly on Fri., July 31, 2009, age 54 years. Beloved son of Mary Ann (nee Weiler) and the late Walter. Loving brother of Sue (Don) Neumann, Mike (Carrie) and Gary Gabrich. Dear uncle of Dave (Erica), Dan (Megan), Carolyn (Erik), Al (Sarah), Rachel and Erica. Great-uncle of Brooke and Jackson. Also survived by other relatives.
Mark was an employee of We Energies.
Mark was buried in a private interment at Wisconsin Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Special Olympics are appreciated.
Be sure to raise a toast to Mark, and appreciate those who helped bring rugby to Milwaukee, so you can enjoy it today.

The Milwaukee Westside Harlequins have had a banner year, on field and off. Our family is growing and we would like you all to join us in welcoming Reagan Mabel Opper, daughter of Chelsea and Colin.
She was born on June 27th, Lakefront 7's day at 3:53am. Reagan weighed in at 7 lbs. and 10oz. Mom and baby are doing well, and Colin welcomes the excuse for missing Lakefront 7's. (Just kidding, Colin, we missed your cherry picking in the social 7's).
