Kristi and Ray Meuer would like to announce the latest addition to their (and by extension, our) clan. Elias Don Meuer was born at precisely "a little bit after noon". He weighed in at 8lbs and 11oz. Congratulations goes out to Ray, Kristi, and Isabella. When reached by this reporter for comment, Colonel John T. Cat said he could not be any less impressed.
